RESINECO purchases are subject to the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) according to current regulations for natural or legal persons resident in Member States of the European Union and those residing in foreign countries.

2. PRODUCTS

3.ORDER CONFIRMATION.

The ticket or invoice issued by RESINECO is valid as a manufacturer's warranty. The products will be delivered to the delivery address that the customer wish, through the corresponding mode of transport selected.

5. INSURANCE

6. POLICY CHANGES AND REFUNDS
1. The materials sold by RESINECO are subject to expiration by the passage of time, we only accept returns of defective materials and within 15 days from the date of purchase.

For returns we should need your bank details to complete the transfer in favor at the time we receive the product. If it is a change, the customer must specify the characteristics of the new product needed (reference format, color ...)
3. Any product you wish to change or return must always be in its packing, packaging and labeling intact and original, properly packaged and protected properly. Article go back or change must be in the same condition it was received, which is determined by our experts.
