The regular gelcoats, applied in a waxed mold, always have a slight sticky feel that facilitates the adherence of fiberglass reinforcing layers.
Through this process we obtain final pieces already painted and with all the detail of the mold.
The Topcoat is a modified gelcoat, which dries without mordant, very useful for repainting parts of GRP, swimming pools, boats, shower trays and car body parts
There are 3 products.
Polyester gel-coat with paraffin (Top-Coat), for brush or roller application. Isophthalic For repairs and molds. Select Format and Color.
Styrene monomer with 5% paraffin addition. To remove the mordant of polyester resins. Turn a Gel-Coat into a Top-Coat or to surfboard glaze.
